Terms of Service

Radar Replay is a web-based platform that provides access to professional CS2 (Counter- Strike 2) match demo recordings, including round-by-round video clips, kill feed analysis, and team statistics. The service is intended for competitive players, coaches, and analysts.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Radar Replay. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@radarreplay.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to access the service through a single account. Each subscription is for individual use only unless you have purchased a team plan.

Free trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial on their selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Your continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds. We offer a refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, contact support@radarreplay.com.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, re-upload, or resell any demo videos or content from Radar Replay
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Use the service to infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service or its underlying systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Our content. The Radar Replay platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Radar Replay and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Demo content. CS2 match demos are sourced from publicly available professional match data. Counter-Strike 2™ is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Radar Replay is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

Your content. You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (e.g. support messages). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to provide and improve the service.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that demo content will always be available or up to date.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADAR REPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radar Replay and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Radar Replay.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
